Walter is a Registered Professional Engineer with over twenty years of experience in the civil field. He has designed and managed many municipal and land development projects throughout the lower mainland. Walter has extensive design knowledge in roadworks, geometrics, watermain, storm and sanitary sewer mains, site grading, erosion and sediment control design, stormwater management design, AutoTurn and site servicing design. Walter specializes in design and project coordination which involves liaising with city staff, developers, utility companies, mechanical consultants, architects, landscape consultants, electrical and street light consultants. In addition to a diverse range of projects, Walter has been involved in the multi-phased Tsawwassen Springs Master-planned Community and Golf Course Reconstruction.
