Victor started with Vector Engineering in 2008 and is a Registered Professional Engineer with over fifteen years of civil engineering experience. He held the position of Senior Review Engineer from 2018 to 2021. During this time, he managed numerous land development projects and Master Servicing Plans for large scale developments. Victor has the skill and ability to manage complex and challenging projects like the Master-Planned Communities of Concord Metrotown and Concord Brentwood. Victor is also highly skilled in sediment control design, stormwater modeling and roads, water and sewer design. Victor has gained extensive knowledge of agency regulations and permit procurement in the various municipalities throughout the province. In 2021, he was promoted to Manager of Engineering at Vector.
