Vic has over forty years of experience as an Applied Science Technologist in the civil engineering field throughout British Columbia. He has worked for Vector for over thirty years and took over the ownership of the company in 2017. He has an extensive knowledge of all facets of the various land development processes and permit procurements. His professional experience in the civil engineering discipline throughout British Columbia enables him to assist and guide clients through development requirements and regulations. He has been involved in design and management of a diverse range of municipal and land development projects including civil servicing requirements for feasibility studies, roadworks, cost estimates, master servicing plans, urban redevelopment, LEED™ Certification, storm drainage studies as well as the design and supervision of stream enhancements such as fish passageways, spawning beds and stream complexing for the improvement of aquatic habitat. Vic’s knowledge and expertise as a civil consultant is reflected by the long-standing relationships he has developed throughout his career with many accomplished developers and with city engineering departments.
