Vector was the civil consultant on this master planned community situated on a 5-acre site encompassing the New Westminster SkyTrain Station. The mix-use site at Columbia and 8th Street has 4 high rise towers adjoining Shops at West which includes 194,000 feet of commercial and retail space. Vector’s work involved all phases of development servicing and design of the bus exchange.
